What we collect

When you order, email us, or visit this shop we may collect your name, email, phone, pickup or delivery address, payment confirmation (not your full card number — that is handled by Shopify), order history, and basic device or browser data used to run the store.

How we use it

We use this information to take and fulfil orders (academy pickup or print-partner shipping), contact you about an order, meet Australian Consumer Law and tax rules, and keep the shop secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Shopify hosts the store and checkout. If you choose shipping, our print partner receives the name, address, and artwork needed to make and send the order. Payment is processed through Shopify. We may share information if the law requires it.

Keeping it

We keep order records as required for tax and consumer-law purposes. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@groundbjj.com.au.
