Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from GROUND, operated by Brotherhood GB Pty Ltd (ABN 71 647 482 522).

Orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or when you pick it up. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be made or collected, and we will refund you.

Pickup and shipping

You can collect merch at Ground Liverpool during academy hours. Bring your order confirmation. Printed-to-order pieces that you choose to ship are made after you order and sent by our print partner. Gis (when offered) are pickup only.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Change-of-mind and wear-and-wash rules are in our refund policy and do not limit those guarantees.

Use of the shop

Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or place fraudulent orders. Product photos are a guide; printed colour can vary slightly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays caused by pickup no-shows or by the print partner's transit, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
